While some projects might need all the ‘bells and whistles’ included in their site, we realize that not all of them do. We help clients who know exactly what they need, and those who need a little guidance, in best assessing their website solution. Your site might not require all of the new bells and whistles that are available, so we wont push them on you. We will not make sure to not recommend something that is not necessary to your site or your wallet.

In an ideal world, we would start the project from scratch. We know that is not the case often times. We gladly will work with existing content you may have, and make any additions or modifications to content currently available to the best of our abilities. We also will stylize your new website to match the look and feel of any current print pieces you have (business cards, letterhead, etc.)

Logo | Identity Design

One of the daily goals of your company is to have it be associated with a positive reputation. Your visual identity is just as important. Your logo should be a visual representation of who you are and what you do as a company.

We are in the school of thought that the key element in your logo is the font. Who would think that the style of a letter could stimulate certain thoughts and associations in someone’s head?

A strong bold font won’t always work well for a pastry shoppe; while a script font won’t work for a company that produces machine parts.

We pair up the perfect font with your current color palette or work with you to establish colors best suited to your business and what you do or provide. Most often, a logo starts with a rough sketch with a pad and paper to get a few ideas. These ideas get sharpened into a rough layout and mock-ups that we go over with you to determine what you like and what you don’t like. Any required modifications are made and additional revisions are created until we have a perfectly crafted logo just for you.

Unlike other design firms that think creating a logo means opening up Photoshop and slapping some shapes together, Sillett Designs creates logos the way they are SUPPOSED to be created, as vector graphics. This way we can provide you your logo in whatever format, color and most importantly, size that you need.
