I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for the excellent job you performed on our site, myofascialtherapy.org. The other members or the NAMTPT executive committee were all impressed that you were able to handle the graphic design along with all of the technical aspects, thus saving us from having to hire a second contractor.
Also, you were always on the mark with deadlines and allowed us to slip a little on ours! I do not remember a time where I could not get in touch with you if I needed to have something changed or to solicit you opinion.
All in all you made our cause much more visible by improving the web site and thus how we are perceived by the online community. There are a few factors that are always present in the work Sillett Designs completes. Technical skill, Erich knows how to control the software used in creating web sites. He works hard at creating sites that allow multiple speed access, for clients that have high speed or dial-up access to the internet. This allows your site to be properly viewed by everyone.
Reliability, there has never been a problem with Sillett Designs getting work completed on time. Erich most often was finished with a section of work before we were ready to give him additional information for the next stage. He usually has multiple ideas on how something can look, working with the client to create an exceptional final piece of work .Creativity, what can I say? A roomful of people would not all find the same art work appealing. We all have different tastes and likes. I have never seen a piece of work that Sillett Designs has done that I did not like. I have found all his work to be useful in application and pleasing to the eye. I would and have used Sillett Designs for multiple designs, both for DRS Architects and personal.

In the restaurant industry, there are two sayings that we go by. The first being "Word of mouth is the best form of advertising you don't have to pay for" and the other is " If you're not where you need to be in five years, you better try harder." We at the Furnace are almost where we need to be and while our word of mouth has been our best form of advertisement, we were looking for that last little bit to send us over the top. We found that extra bit of help with Sillett Designs.
We had previously relied on newspapers as our main form of advertisement, and our web site as a secondary because our web site had little to offer the public. It was either not running or the web site designer wasn't keeping up with our ever changing menu. We need a way to reach the public in a new, refreshing way that would showcase our restaurant and Chef Adam's creativity. After months of working with Erich came back to us with a design that was above and beyond what we imagined. His ideas and ours came together to form a web site that truly reflects our uniqueness and Chef Adam's vision. In addition to that, our clients now have a new way to let their friends know what they have been missing, to see for themselves through photos, a full menu, and an updated calendar as to just what The Furnace is all about.
While the newspapers still remain our strongest form of advertisement, our web site, thanks to Sillett Designs is no longer a distant second. I fully recommend his company to anyone looking to start or redesign an existing web page.
